Rick Barnes
Rick Barnes has been called an entertainer, humorist and educator. He is an established speaker, author, personal coach and trainer. Leaders from across the country have called upon Rick Barnes to deliver powerful messages in a practical, approachable style.
Rick was a university administrator for 18 years and has served numerous leadership roles through international associations. He has been a member of the faculty for leadership conferences throughout North America and has been a featured speaker on more than 2,000 college campuses.
Rick has an extensive history of service on the boards of directors of numerous boards of directors, both in the profit and non-profit sector. He has been a corporate trainer in the areas of strategic planning, goal setting and staff development.
Rick has been educating, training and coaching consultants and speakers for the past ten years. He is the co-founder and owner of B&Z Enterprises, LLC where he and Duane Zobrist produce and promote formal speaker training and education events. Rick is recognized for his “12 Steps to Speaker Success” program and produces events and services to promote his step-by-step guide to success in the world of professional speaking.

Duane Zobrist
Duane Zobrist leads a unique life. In 1992, he decided to follow one of life’s serendipitous detours. Just weeks before beginning law school, he decided to change paths and pursue his passion—Falconry. Since founding The Falconry and Raptor Education Foundation in 1994, he has been involved in the start up of several successful, and a few unsuccessful, entrepreneurial ventures. He is an adventurer, facilitator, author, and speaker.
